Violence in France

Facing the truth noone would see, French people have to realise that there is some violence in France just like everywhere. Our education minister wants some rules to allow somes searches kids before they come inside the schools.
The thing is that no one wants to admit that there is some real violence in our schools. But such a law might not be a solution either !
There is already one step which has been done to punish parents who have violent kids : they should pay some money... Is it a good solution or a bad one ?

Their is also a possibilitie that bad drivers might be punished one day: they wants to get their car and sell them and the money would be for the government.... money money money !!

Banana cake from Vietnam - Bahn chuoi nuong

Here is an other banana cake i've been tested from this old book i've found again while sorting out my books ^^
It's delicious and so does agree my boyfriend too ^^

I think i've got at least already 10 boxes of books from all kind and it's not finished yet !

You will need :
4 big mature bananas so they have all their flavour
200 g of flour
100 g of starch
200 g of sugar (or some others substitutes)
3 dl of coco milk ( around 11 oz)
1 vanilla clove
20g of butter (or substitute)

Recipie for 6 banana fans ^^

It's quite quick to prepare but the cooking i don't know really because it was written 30 mins in the haven around 150 ° but i had to cook it more than 1h 1/2 with 180° to get it eatable. I suggest to you to get a dish not longer than 30 cm and to watch out until it seems ready

1. Start the oven for baking at 150°. You need to butter the dish for the bake.

2. in an other dish filter Flour, starch. You need then to mix up flour, starch, sugar. Open the vanilla clove and get the tiny vanilla sands to mix it up with the rest. Then add the coco milk. You mix it up all together so you end with a pastry.

3. get the skin off the bananas. Cut each banana in thin slices. Incorporate delicately them in the pastry. Get the whole pastry in the baking dish, and start the oven.

4. let it bake around 30 mins, until the cake has golden. When ready let cool outside the oven around 10 mins . ready to eat or get it in the fridge and eat it cold and fresh !! miam!!

230000 People living in Bordeaux

I've been watching back my blog and i've realised that it will be one year i'm blogging with blogspot, and i'm not getting bored of this new habit. My mother keeps on telling me, 'beware, they will know everything and might used it against you, they will know what you buy, who you are talking to and so on'. I'm not sure i'm worthy enough for people to lose their time in spying me !! lol !!
I've been noticing an other thing: by watching my blog you might think it's a lost town, empty, and so calm ! It's true if you compare Bordeaux to Paris, and if you are visiting Bordeaux a late Sunday in the month. But most of the time people are all around me, in a stuffy way, that is the reason why i'm looking for some calm points of view, and because i love nature. You have to know : Bordeaux has 230000 people living in it's wall and more than 100 000 more should be settled in 2010 or so do the studies say. No doubts : there will be some other general strike in the futur as the recent government keeps on digging the gap between rich and poor people.



We are full of people, in the city center trying to look like a little Paris with it's brand new tramway, the longuest european pedestrian street (1.2 km) . We have also a very popular football team... My boyfriend like them a lot of course, he is a football fan. The first sport for the boys is the football in France, and then comes the Rugby and the Cycling.


My work office is like a beehive, where i receive most of the news i have to give back to the other people of the company. I'm working with 10 girls around in the same room, and i have to talk to many people everyday (more than 100 per day). It's difficult to find some rest and some silence. I am hardly alone, for i live with someone and because of the way we live in a metropolis, rich of experience but difficult if you wish a solitude. That is quite a paradoxal situation as it's also in such metropolis that we can find to most people abandoned and lonely and they didn't choose it !

New Lodger in my flat !

Here is a new lodger in our balcony garden: a tiny spider ! She creates her web on my redcurrant which is supposed to be a good news. That means my little 'garden' i growing up fine enough so the insects can find som way to live in ^^ Here is the star, playing hide and seeck, the cunning one ^^

This month is full of surprise. I wish you happiness of course with the lily of the valley, we call it "Muguet"here in france.

One of my friend has just been engaged and the wedding was very sunny ! She was like a cartoon princess and the party was simple and nice in the garden.

In the morning i keep on meeting nice matters here a bar-headed goose couple, singing nicely before starting some fun fly.

The grapes are growing in south west with the return of the sun, and my redcurrant are surprisingly numerous this year.
